7& Under:
- Fundamentals Training (Catching, Throwing, Ground Balls, and Footwork)
- Basic Field/Box Rules and IQ
8-10 year olds:
- Basic/Intermediate Player Training (Catching, Throwing, Ground Balls, and Footwork)
- Basic Field/Box Rules and IQ
- Teamwork Fundamentals
11-13 year olds:
- Basic/Intermediate/Advanced Player Training (Catching, Throwing, Ground Balls, and Footwork)
- Intermediate Field/Box Rules and IQ
- Teamwork Fundamentals, Systems/ Plays
- High pressured, Fast Paced Situations
- Film Study
14+:
- Basic/ Intermediate/Advanced Player Training (Catching, Throwing, Ground Balls, and Footwork)
- Advanced Field/Box Rules and IQ
- Offensive and Defensive specialized sessions
- Team Systems, Plays and Communication
- High pressured, Fast Paced Situations
- Film Study
Our 2024 Champions
- Big congrats to our U17 Field and Box team who were "C" Champs in both field and Lacrosse.
- Our U15's were dominant in winning the U15 Field Championship.
- The U7 team had a dominant season going undefeated except for one measly loss when they were playing with a short bench. Otherwise, this team dominated all other teams in the province and maintained their #1 ranking throughout the box season.
- Special Shoutout goes out to the U11-2 Team who went on an epic run to the finals in the U11- Box "E" Division finals.
