Tuesdays – Skill Development Sessions

• U5 (2022 and under): 5:00–5:30 PM
• U7 (2020–2021): 5:30–6:15 PM
• U9 & U11 (2018–2019 / 2016–2017): 6:15–7:00 PM

 

Thursdays – Game Nights

• • Game times will vary based on final registration numbers and scheduling.

• Games will be 30 minutes total, played in 3 running-time periods with 2-minute shifts, for all age groups.

 

Important U5 Note:

U5 runs Tuesdays only (once per week, no Thursday games).

House League → Rep Opportunity (U9 & U11 Only)

Players born 2018–2019 (U9) and 2016–2017 (U11) may:

• Register for House League first
• Attend Ironheads Rep tryouts for FREE
• If selected for Rep, House League fees will be transferred to Rep

This allows families to secure a House League spot while still exploring the Rep pathway — no risk and no double payment.

Please note:

The Rep team cost listed on the website is for the tryout passport only, which is why it appears lower than the House League registration fee.

Mandatory Equipment (House League)

• CSA-approved helmet with facemask
• Mouthguard
• Shoulder pads
• Arm / elbow pads
• Lacrosse gloves
• Protective cup / jill
• Lacrosse stick
• Athletic or court shoes (no cleats)

 

Goalie equipment details will be shared separately.

Limited loaner equipment is available for younger players.
