8-Week Recreational Lacrosse Program. 

Warning:  the recreation lacrosse program is the gateway to full-blown lacrosse obsession. 

This non-contact program is designed to develop the skills of beginner and novice players in a play-based environment.  Past participants in this program have went on to become provincial champions, members of Team Ontario and Team Canada lacrosse.

Floor Times

• 5:30 - 6:15 PM → U5 (45 mins)

• 6:15 - 7:00 PM → U7 (45 mins)

• 7:00 - 8:00 PM → U9 (1 hour)

    Soft Lacrosse (2021 and 2022 birth years) $120 after March 28 $140

    U9 Local/HL (2017 and 2018 birth years) $175 after March 28 $195
    U11 Local/HL (2016 and 2015 birth years) $175 after March 28 $195
    *Note we have a select amount of space available for U11s who wish to run with our

  5. Is it co-ed?
    Yes it is co-ed.
  6. What if my child was born on 2014 or earlier?  Sorry we do not have a program for him/her but we recommend you look at Whitby’s program.
  7. Is there contact in house league?
    This non-contact program is designed to develop the skills of beginner and
    novice players in a play-based environment.  Past participants in this program

    Team Canada lacrosse.
  8. Is there anything else I should be aware of?
    We do warn people that lacrosse is fun, and this is a program is the gateway to
    full-blown lacrosse obsession!
  9. Why is rep lacrosse cheaper?
    Our rep programs are not cheaper, you may notice that registering for rep is
    cheaper, however we ask parents for a much larger e-transfer payment. For
    house league it is easier for a credit card payment.
  10. What equipment do I need?
    Our Soft lax program requires a CSA approved helmet (hockey helmet), gloves
    (hockey or lacrosse gloves and a stick.
    Our Paperweight (U7), U9 and U11 programs require full equipment. Helmet,
    gloves, shoulder pads, arm/elbow guards, rib/back pads, a jock and a stick.
    * Note we do have some sticks if your child needs to borrow one at the start of the
    season, but we are sure he/she will want to play at home so will need their own.
