8-Week Recreational Lacrosse Program.
Warning: the recreation lacrosse program is the gateway to full-blown lacrosse obsession.
This non-contact program is designed to develop the skills of beginner and novice players in a play-based environment. Past participants in this program have went on to become provincial champions, members of Team Ontario and Team Canada lacrosse.

Yes it is co-ed. - What if my child was born on 2014 or earlier? Sorry we do not have a program for him/her but we recommend you look at Whitby’s program.
- Is there contact in house league?
This non-contact program is designed to develop the skills of beginner and

Team Canada lacrosse. - Is there anything else I should be aware of?
We do warn people that lacrosse is fun, and this is a program is the gateway to
full-blown lacrosse obsession! - Why is rep lacrosse cheaper?
Our rep programs are not cheaper, you may notice that registering for rep is
cheaper, however we ask parents for a much larger e-transfer payment. For
house league it is easier for a credit card payment. - What equipment do I need?
Our Soft lax program requires a CSA approved helmet (hockey helmet), gloves
(hockey or lacrosse gloves and a stick.
Our Paperweight (U7), U9 and U11 programs require full equipment. Helmet,
gloves, shoulder pads, arm/elbow guards, rib/back pads, a jock and a stick.
* Note we do have some sticks if your child needs to borrow one at the start of the
season, but we are sure he/she will want to play at home so will need their own.
