2025/26 Winter Development Sessions Announced

West Durham will not be hosting our own fall / winter development sessions during the off-season. We thank each and every one of our volunteers who worked to make our in-house sessions what they were over the past few years!
Rather we are informing you of two programs being run in the region: Greasy Ballers and Next Level Lacrosse.
The Greasy Ballers program, being run out of Village Arena in Ajax. Many of our WD coaches will be assisting with this new Durham based lacrosse program, across all age groups. This new program will offer both practical instruction and game play, as it will draw from a number of clubs in the surrounding area, meaning greater numbers at each session and the ability to host game play.
Please see below for an outline of the program by age group:
* Depending on interest, Greasy Ballers may look to add a U15 group as well.

Next Level Lacrosse is also run in the Durham area by Adam Gardner. Adam offers smaller group training sessions, and has a number of Durham based coaches as well, who have come through various minor clubs in the area.
Next Level Lacrosse "Future Stars" program for U7 through U11 is run as follows:
- Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30pm - September to November @ Triple Play Sportsplex
- Wednesdays. 5:00 - 6:00pm - November to March @ Whitby Soccer Dome
- Pricing is available for either session, and both sessions combined
- Future Stars Fall and Winter U11/U9/U7 | Lacrosse Training USA, Canada
Next Level Lacrosse "High Performance" program for U13 through U19 is run as follows:
- Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8:00pm - September to November @ Triple Play Sportsplex
- Wednesdays. 5:00 - 6:00pm - November to March @ Whitby Soccer Dome
- Pricing is available for either session, and both sessions combined
- High Performance Program | Lacrosse, Athletic Development USA, Canada

Adam's program focuses on development opportunities in Ajax and other centres in the Durham Region, but does not offer game play.
We trust that both of these programs will provide amazing development opportunities for our WD families!
